Investment Philosophy

We are made wise not by the recollection of our past
but by the responsibility for our future.
-George Bernard Shaw

We believe in our clients and their goals and dreams. Each of you has personal, unique financial objectives and aspirations - our responsiblity is to provide the guidance and resources needed to help achieve them. At Ackler Wealth Management, we understand the difference between having money and preserving it.

As stewards of your assets, we use a ongoing process to develop an investment plan tailored to your goals and values. We believe fee-based investing generally offers the most flexible network for addressing your evolving needs, but we respect our clients' preferences, and are happy to offer traditional relationships, as well. The focus is on investing in companies we believe use capital profitability for the benefit of shareholders and have an eye toward reaping potential returns over a period of two to five years. Our theme is capital preservation to help ensure wealth grows across multiple generations

In addition to investing for growth and preservation, Ackler Wealth Management recognizes the perils facing the world and our environment. Whenever possible, we look to invest in distinct companies who actively commit to lessen their carbon footprints, enhance the sustainability of our environment and embrace corporate social responsiblity.

Our wealth management success is driven not only by the depth of our knowledge and commitment, but by the strength of our relationships with specialized advisors. From trust professionals to best-in-class money managers, our affiliation with Wells Fargo Advisors provides access to comprehensive resources we believe will best serve each of our clients. We are selective in our choice of clients, understanding the significant time and attention it takes to build your complete long-term strategy. In this way we are able to customize our approach to wealth management for each of our clients.

Our philosophy comes to life through our principles:

  1. Identify your goals and resources
  2. Develop, confirm and implement your strategy
  3. Monitor and evaluate your progress
  4. Proactively communicate with you
